Coming straight to the point, if this photograph is that of MacBook Pro which Apple has set for October 23rd media event. Although there is nothing in the initation image that suggests this (like it did with new iPad and iPhone 5), which is widely expected and rumored to be the event where Apple announces their high-end to small and economical tablet market that is of course dominated by the likes of Amazon’s Kindle Fire (HD) and Google’s Nexus 7 gadget, currently.
Apart the iPad Mini, we got something about Apple’s introduction of an 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. Today we came across photos of the purported computer, which can checked out after the jump.
The images of alleged 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro shows ports, internal components and also claims to show the purported battery cel and external connectivity options of the laptop, which includes tow Thunderbolt ports, an SD card reader and HDMI output.
The images come from Chinese forum Weiphone where a member uploaded three photos which are claimed to be of the upcoming 13” MacBook Pro with Retina Display. Below shows everything about the new 13″ MacBook Pro in pictures.
Question arise; how you can decide after seeing an image showing only connectivity ports claims to be from 13-inch MacBook Pro? It could from the 15-inch MacBook Pro? May be, or may not be!
A number of photos alleging to show a Retina display-toting 13-inch MacBook Pro surfaced on Friday ahead of Apple’s October 23rd media event, offering what could be hints to the rumored machine’s hardware specs.
Why its accurate?
First of all these are photos of the 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro because:
1. There is no speaker grille between the keyboard and the left / right edge like it is on the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display and, further.
2. It comes with two Thunderbolt ports and a MagSafe 2 connector, both of which aren’t on the current 13-inch MacBook Pro.”
The the allegedly leaked machine looks to be in working order and is shown running Windows 7 at 2,560-by-1,600 pixels, lending evidence to rumors in August . Also shown are multiple close-up shots of the purported MacBook Pro’s logic board, 8GB of Elpida RAM and screen assembly.
The new MacBook Pro is expected to come with specs similar to its class-beating elder 15-inch (display) brother: a quad core Intel processor, dedicated graphics from NVIDIA, 8GB of RAM, large amount of flash-based storage, and with rumors suggesting Apple will soon release a Retina display carrying version of its smallest MacBook Pro.
Notable point is that it’s a 2560 x 1600 “Retina display” – four times the number of pixels on current 13-inch models and the same as a 27-inch iMac. It will likely be priced north of $1499. For the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display at this moment, we got no other details. But a day after today, you will be seeing what’s purported and what becomes accurate; expect more news as we close in on the event on October 23rd! Via AppleInsider
