It said that the Research In Motion (RIM) will reportedly to announce brand new Z10 series of its own BlackBerry 10 operating sytem running device at a big press event on January 30th, 2013. For those whom haven’t yet seen the RIM’s new BlackBerry 10 OS smartphone – BB Z10, can have a look at that picture below.

Now, here we’ve got a photograph of the official BlackBerry Z10 leaked as the next BB phone for Verizon and AT&T branding. The source who provided the images says he’s been testing two variants of the phone recently –– one on Verizon and one on AT&T. In one of the photos, you can see Verizon’s branding on the front cover of the phone.

The picture shows up – two BlackBerry Z10 models side-by-side, as well as an iPhone 4S to help you compare sizes. One of the models in the photo is for Verizon Wireless, as you can see from the branding, the over version is apparently the AT&T version of the Z10.

* You can even set up seperate profiles for work and private usage. Great for those who are involved in using one phone for their business purpose and play. It even integrates with Evernote.

* The new AppWorld store looks a lot like the Google Play store for Android apps. Which only takes one minute to boot up. And more to be revealed soon.

Samsung Series 7 Windows 8 Monitors Introduced; Touch-Screen Enabled, Tilting Panel And More

I am the big fan of Samsung products, it could be a laptop or a smartphone or a LED television and we are expecting a great range of technical designs to be released this year, but it seems that the south Korean electronics has taken their first step by announcing a couple of new Series 7 monitors, one of them which will be supported by different orientations, with the other being particularly optimized to work seamlessly with Microsoft’s latest Windows 8 operating system.

The early reveal of its forthcoming Series 7 monitors carries the SC770 model number and will be a 24-inch posing a panel resolution of 1920 x 1080, offering a full 1080p high-definition experience to users – due to be unveiled at CES 2013 in Las Vegas next week – with two new models on offer.

The SC770 would be the first monitor released by the Korean company that has been specifically designed and opted to be used on conjunction with Windows 8, and has therefore been optimized (developed) to be multi-touch compatible, and that allows users to flawlessly navigate through Microsoft’s new operating system through on-screen gestures enabled. The SC770 monitor will also feature with an adjustable base with a 60-degree tilt capability. Making it easier to swipe your way though Windows 8 on your desktop.

The newly announced monitor mirrors the design of some Samsung’s latest LED TVs and gives you a multi-touch panel, supporting up to 10 points of the touch architecture. By offerings a thin bazel and ergonomic stand with 60-degree tilt to help you get the perfect position. You get a 24-inch full HD panel, with a 5000:1 contrast ratio and HDMI connection.

The second release has been given the SC750 model number and is a 27-inch creation that should appeal to those looking for a non-touch based output device. The SC750 monitor model offers 90-degree rotation, offering a contrast ratio of 5000:1 and wide viewing angles from the LED display, and an HDMI connection around the back. Like it’s smaller touch-based brother, the SC750 will come with the same full high-definition 1080p resolution and will also benefit from the ability to pivot over 90-degrees to allow the user to view content in portrait and landscape orientations. If you’re one of those people who’s always shooting your iPhone 5 video in portrait, this might be just the ticket to rejoice.

Samsung has announced that both of the new monitors (SC770 & SC750) will be available to purchase during the first quarter of 2013.

The monitors however will be available at some point in the next couple of months, the company is yet to announce any official pricing points. Samsung is expected to have a clear large presence at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2013) that starts on January 8th, with both the SC770 and the SC750 being shown during the event, with the possibility of a retail price announcement being on cards.

Rumors also suggests that the company is going to introduce the Samsung Galaxy S4 during the trade-show. (source Samsung)

Galaxy S4 Rumored To Feature S Pen And Releasing In April [Report]

Reports now suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy S IV – the next generation of Samsung’s new flagship smartphone will hit the shelves in April 2013 and to include featues from the Samsung’s mini-tablet, the Galaxy Note – like the infamous ‘S’ Pen.

Actually the Galaxy S4 specs have been kept under wraps for the most of time, but this new rumor has surfaced stating that the handset will come with its very own S Pen – a stylus-style accessory found on the latest Galaxy Note 2 and its predecessor.

This news that comes directly from the most popular Korean site known as Enuri, stating that the Galaxy S IV or so called it S4 smartphone will be the first handset in the series to feature the S Pen and its accompanying functionality as Samsung hopes to unite its Note series with the Galaxy S4 and and claims that the Galaxy S IV will higher-quality include a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, in line with the plans being adopted by Samsung’s competitors, and much-enhanced performance.

If it’s believed that the leaked ones are accurate, then the new smartphone may inbclude a quad-core Exynos 5440 chip; yet it has also been speculated that the S IV might instead be powered by ARM’s big.LITTLE architecture, with a Samsung A7 for basic tasks like texting and internet browsing, along with a more powerful A15 chip processing for more resource-intensive tasks such as mobile gaming and more off it runs Android Jelly Bean.

Interestingly the newly surfaced rumors suggesting that Samsung’s upcoming handset will share cues from the company’s smartphone/tablet hybrid, the Note II. Leaks that point to the Galaxy S4 coming with a 5-inch Super AMOLED display. This slightly larger touch-screen device features an ‘S Pen’, a revival of the old concept of the stylus found in older PDA devices from the first half of the last decade, to allow much more precision in carrying out certain tasks, sometimes difficult with touch-screen devices alone.

This latest news particularly pointing the accuracy, then the ‘S Pen’ will make its way onto Samsung’s next smartphone of 2013. The Galaxy S4 will be released sometime in 2013 and could debut as early as next month.

The new flexible displays from Samsung has started whetting our appetites this week for flexible smartphone screen technology announcing that they will be set to showing of their new 5.5-inch smartphone at CES next month.

According to the most reliable source, CNET, there will be a 5.5″ display along with a 55-inch TV-sized flexible display on exhibit. Actually, this isn’t the first time the south Korean electronics will have shown off the technology; 2011 saw Samsung demo a 4.4-inch flexible screen. That said, they’re very curious to see what advancements have been made over the previous twelve months. Samsung Display will be exhibiting and demonstrating a pair of bendable screens at CES that could one day appear in a radically new smartphone or TV design, according to company representatives.

Attendees will get to see a 5.5-inch flexible screen intended for smartphone use, with a 1,280×720-pixel HD resolution and a 267 pixel density. In addition, the team will also show off a television-size 55-inch screen. Says CNET.

Sporting with the resolution of 1,280 x 720 and a pixel density of 276, the flexible smartphone with a 5.5-inch bendable / flexible screen will be accompanied with a 55-inch television screen. the source explains:

Samsung has been developing curving screens for some time, showing off smaller display demos, like the 4.5-inch WVGA screen with about a 200 pixel density that CNET saw at CES 2011. With this demo’s increased resolution and screen size, Samsung is clearly keeping pace with today’s smartphone expectations.

If you’re familiar with the news that Samsung is reportedly set to launch its next-generation Galaxy range smartphone, codenamed Galaxy S IV, that will show off the similar technology and will be introduced with an unbreakable display. Rumors also suggest that the Galaxy S4 or Samsung Galaxy S V will feature this new-gen screen flexibly.
