BlackBerry 10 Smartphone Official Release Date Is Out? [REPORT]

As we know that RIM’s latest iteration of this new year would be the BlackBerry 10 operating system and could officially launch with some BB 10 sporting smartphones in just a few weeks from now. We admit that we have got some titbits here and there, and also had a firm date, and all the major carriers over at U.S. and Canada have already confirmed their support for BlackBerry 10 handsets.

Now, according to this image that leaked out and making rounds says, Research In Motion’s first BB 10 device could arrive in Canada as early as February 28th. The leaked image below shows the details of the yet to be named BlackBerry 10 smartphone and we’ve seen that in the heading to Bell Canada. So, Canadians would be the first to grab RIM’s BB10 device!

Not only that, it also shows the price tag which is $799.99. The image which was surfaced comes directly from the Best Buy Canada’s internal inventory system.

BGR contacted RIM for a statement and they apparently responded, “We understand that there is a lot of excitement for BlackBerry 10. We will launch the platform on January 30th and until then we won’t comment on speculation.”

Honestly, I am a big fan of BlackBerry handsets in the past and there are still many out there in the US and Canada, for its QWERTY keybaord technology and a small screen with some great inclusions. Stay tuned to get more information of the official launch date of RIM’s BlackBerry 10 OS and BB 10 smartphones soon here at Vsszone.
