AT&T Offering To Sell A Contract Free Nokia Lumia 920 For $450

Earlier today we has written that the new Windows Phone 8 “Nokia Lumia 920” smartphone will be made available from AT&T in United States, the device will retail for $99.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with AT&T.

Now, yet another AT&T statement comes out in the form of offering a contract free Nokia Lumia 920, which means if you already have an existing contract, you can buy the Nokia’s Windows Phone 8 “Lumia 920” for a cree from two year contract basis. However the contract free pricing is quite a bit more at $449.99 (almost $450).

The Lumia 920 comes with Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system and features a 4.5 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core Snapdragon S4 processor. The Lumia range is indeed the much-lauded lot in terms of Windows Phone 8, highly-anticipated for its hardware, thanks largely to the success of the previous models of Windows Phone 7.x. Nokia is of course playing a big role in the Windows Phone 8 game.

Other specifications on the Nokia Lumia 920 include an 8.7 megapixel rear facing “PureView” camera with a Carl Zeiss Lens and there is also a front facing 1.2 megapixel camera for video chat. The Nokia Lumia 920 will be available to pre-order from AT&T from today, and it will launch this Friday the November 9th.
