Google X Phone Leaked With Specs In Detailed Set Of Images

Google in the past acquired Motorola Mobility with a $12.5 billion acquisition, which has yet to be bared with, but it’s fair to say that the Big G has yet to really utilize this most sizable purchase. The search giant starts to phase out Motorola’s solo efforts to launch devices that it had a hand in developing, not the boring cell phone, rather the future is all about “phones-plus”. Much speculation has pertained to a so called “X Phone,” perhaps accompanied by an “X Tablet” to match, but as yet, these reports have remained unknown.

Shots of the leaked X Phone envoloped in a squared-off case were uploaded by evleaks a couple of days ago, but the high-res images had already been leaked earlier this year interpreting the device in all its glory. The first such handset is the highly anticipated X Phone, which was actually pictured in a protective case on Thursday evening. While a set of detailed photos of leaked handset published previously may in fact have already revealed the X Phone, which could be ready to debut later this month.

Moto-X Phone - Google
The leaked images by Tinhte and @Evleaks appear to be legitimate Motorola X prototypes according to the source. Tinhte.vn published a series of images of an unspecified Motorola device back in March, but the tech world was quick to dispel any notion that the device was indeed the elusive X Phone. Although, these latest evleaks shots suggest that in fact, that it actually was, and the device wasn’t as much “elusive” as thought.

After seeing the photos, the X Phone is shaping up to be very sleek handset with a larger display that rarely reaches the edges of the device. The guys over at 9to5Google tout the X Phone as bearing a 4.7-inch display, and no other blog has specified any resolution, but one would presume Google would commission nothing less than 1080p for what is quite an anticipated handset. However, looking at the rear of the phone in these pictures, the handset doesn’t seem to have the same texture like the Samsung Galaxy S4, but seeing as the Google X Phone is tipped to come in over 20 colors and protective skins.

The leaked X Phone specs reveals that the device also looks set to pack in a reasonable 32GB of storage capacity, 2 GB of RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, or maybe 4.3 if you’re lucky enough. Both volume and power buttons are on the right side. Headphones jack is on top center, charging port was on bottom center. Finally, the device doesn’t have implemented with an external SD card slot!

The phone will reportedly ship with protective skins available in 25 different colors. But that renmains unclear that, when exactly we’ll be seeing this X device hit the consumer market. Reports surfaced that it would be all that surprising if Google decided to announce it at this year’s I/O keynote, set to take place this month. (via: 9to5Google)

First Photos Of Purported Galaxy S4 Leaked As Release Date Dawn Closer [IMAGES]

Few days left for the Samsung’s exclusive “Unpacked” event in New York City, in which the Korean company is purely expected to release its flagship Galaxy S IV device. Got some unclaimed news of what actually Samsung has up in shelves in terms of specifications, but there are still some conflicting reports pertaining to quite a few of the details, and with this new new leak of a handset originating from China aims to beam on a little more light on proceedings.

By adding the fragment of the Galaxy S II, the device is said to be a test version of a dual-SIM Galaxy S IV for China Unicom, and with accompanying benchmarks toutings a quad-core clocked at 1.8GHz processor and 1080p display, obviously bears the hallmarks of a release as significant as the fourth Galaxy S handset arrival.

With the pictures, if accurate, confirm several of the widespread rumors about the forthcoming S IV phones specs, particularly the upgrade to a gorgeous 5-inch screen. The handset, dubbed ‘GT-I9502’, is apparently customized for Chinese carrier Unicom, speculated to have ‘Universal5410’  1.8GHz CPU, 2G of RAM and a PowerVR SGX 544MP graphics processor.

Now that it’s not clear about what S IV will eventually take on. Despite the slick, aluminum uni-bodied HTC One, the notion is that Samsung will stick with the plastic, but whereas the leak looks pretty much like a Galaxy Note II (upgraded), recent case have also suggested a more squared-off Galaxy S II-like design.

Not yet confirmed, whether the actual Galaxy S IV will pop-up on a random Chinese forums before Samsung’s official announcement. However, in the past nor in the present, Samsung never kept any secret iterations regarding upcoming devices, it has now restored to an altogether more secretive approach. But would suspect only a select few have had a chance to see the S IV at this point in time.

Galaxy S4

According to Antutu, the remaining specs also seems to fit in with what we’ve seeing of late. Android 4.2.1, 2G RAM and also an 13-megapixel camera are also listed. Aside the screen-size upgrade, the leaked photos of Galaxy S IV shows up a mobile that is broadly similar to the last-generation Galaxy Note, complete with oblong home button.

The leaked Samsung’s highly-anticipated handset the Galaxy S IV patented an “eye tracking” system, which allows users to automatically scroll through webpages by simply casting their eyes across the 5″ display.

Sony Xperia Z Smartphone Launching With Razor Sharp And Super Bright 5-inch Display

This could be the best handset produced by Sony, which went into this year’s CES event to shake things up, by revealing Xperia Z and ZL. The Japanese phone maker Sony has unveiled its flagship smartphone – Xperia Z in Delhi on Wednesday. By introducing it, Sony aims to triple Xperia sales to Rs.3,500 crore by 2013. While the Sony’s Xperia Z is priced at Rs.38,990, and will be available in the market from March 12th 2013 onwards.

This feature packed smartphone is unique as it is purely water-and-dust-resistant, Xperia Z operates on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform and has a 13-megapixel fast-capture Cyber-shot camera – Sony’s own Exmor RS branding, while a 2-megapixel Exmor R camera is above the display for video calls and those self portraits folks love to shoot for friends on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

It is great to hear about the snapper, becuase now a days every smartphone manufacturer is pointing the same 13MP camera, first rumored for the Samsung’s next-flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone and then on LG’s Optimus and HTC’s One and now on Sony Xperia Z.

Additionally, the Xperia Z handset has a powerful 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 Pro quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 48GB more. Interesting about the new Xperia Z would be another feature, and that is the availability of ‘small apps’, apps that appear on top of the screen and can be moved around and re-sized.

While the company’s refocused attention to the mobile, gaming and imaging. The Xperia ushers in a new design language known as omnibalance, which is a representation of 90-degree angles, even weight distribution, and flat glossy sides.

The Sony Xperia Z showcases two killer features that both live on the hardware side: a 5-inch 1080p display and dust-water proof resistant. Sony’s Xperia Z has a slim body measuring a mere 7.9mm (0.31 inch) and weighing in at 146g (5.15 ounces). Inside the new Sony is support for the UK’s hexaband LTE (1/3/5/7/8/20) and triband HSPA, along with quadband GSM/EDGE. Also rounding out the list is WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, aGPS/GLONASS, NFC, WiFi Miracast support, a microUSB 2.0 port with MHL/HDMI support, and a microSD card slot.

The Xperia Z comes preloaded with all of Google’s core apps, including Chrome, Play Store, YouTube, Maps, Messenger, Google+, Search, Talk, Play Movies & TV, Play Books, Play Magazines, and Local. However, Sony added its own special apps such as Movie Studio, TrackID, PlayNow, Office Suite, Sony Car, Wisepilot for XPERIA, Update Center, WALKMAN, Notes, and Socialife.

Sony also includes a Media Remote app for those who own a Sony smart TV, as this allows users to have control of the TV through the phone. The Xperia Z is one of the best devices out right now, and most people in the U.S. know nothing about its existence. Indian’s are ready to taste the experience of Sony’s new Xperia Z on March 12th.
