Speculations on the upcoming smartphones from Samsung, Apple and Android are general issues, but about Galaxy S IV rumored to have implemented with a “floating touch” feature. Means, the unannounced Samsung’s Galaxy S IV will allow users to navigate their phones without ever touching the display.

Called it “gesture control,” the feature would be specifically helpful in situations where it would be easier to wave your hands or finger above your screen than actually touch it. According to the latest report from DDaily, Samsung Galaxy S IV will feature touchless gesture controls.

Samsung is reportedly using Atmel’s newest maXTouch S controllers, which could allow you to quickly answer a call, also see the contents of a photo gallary before you open it and scroll without any touching needed. Such touchless gestures could awefully work in a number of ways on the purported Galaxy S IV, for example to answer calls, you would pace the phone to your ear without even touching the display.
