Adobe Photoshop Touch Update Hits iOS And Android, Now Supports Retina iPad

The new version of 1.3 for the Adobe Photoshop Touch app for iOS and Android updated with the support for the new iPad Retina tablet.

Adobe has released a new upgrade for its Photoshop Touch iPad app, and the update now brings support for Retina display tablet. Also adding the support for the Android-based devices, exclusively offering full support for the iPad 3, you can now edit images up to 12-megapixel in size on the new iPad, other models are limited to images to 10-megapixe sizes.

This Adobe’s updated PS Touch app, which allows users to create and edit images,now displays sharper, crisper and clearer images and text. As said before the iOS version of Touch app can work with a print-resolution images upto 12MP in size and other like posing with iPad 2 or iPad to 10MP, with up to 16 full-size layers in a single file.

Remind you again; the resolution is now 4.2 megapixels with 10 layers. Android users get the 1600 x 1600 pixels as default, though the maximum resolution has been now increased to 2048×2048 pixels. Both Android and iOS versions of the app include two new effects called Shred and Colourise, three-finger tap to toggle between 100% and fit screen and two new language additions, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.

For your improvement, the iOS version Photoshop Touch app has included the Apple Photo Stream support, and Adobe Touch app for Android adds two new tutorials with Watercolor Paint, HDR Look, Soft light and Soft skin effects and in which it automatically support synchronization and Creative Cloud with an ease.
